Linda Block

Ms. Block is a graduate of Brooklyn College ’78 (B.A.). Linda has over 30 years experience in the professional market place. Since its’ inception, she has grown ISSI in unimaginable ways. Linda diligently certified the organization as a Women Business Enterprise (WBE) and is now nationally certified through the Women Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).  She has successfully marketed, serviced, and administered both staff augmentation and partner vendor relationships with many clients. Linda’s innovative solutions to administrative, financial and managerial concerns have allowed her to ensure continued growth over the past 8 years.

Marilyn Heiberger


Ms. Heiberger has been the CFO of Industrial since 2003. It is under her leadership, in conjunction with the management’s vision, that Industrial proudly and consistently has a sound financial foundation. Prior to Industrial, her experiences include auditing for Price Waterhouse’s Metropolitan Services Group, New York, NY, and Coopers and Lybrand audit department in Princeton, NJ. Ms. Heiberger is a graduate of Brooklyn College, Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting.

Sidney Glazer

Mr. Glazer, a recognized leader in the staffing industry, joined the company in October 2003.  Spanning a career of over 30 years, Sidney has amassed a wealth of experience. Among his diverse roles, he formally served as Vice President of Trans Global Service, Inc., Vice President of Comforce Technical Services, Eastern Region General Manager for Volt Services Group, and Vice President of Ewing Technical Design.  His valuable input and knowledge of the industry has helped ISSI become a great success.

Bradley Block

Bradley Block is currently the Vice President of Business Development, and a Project Manager for various assignments throughout the New York area. He is responsible for sales and marketing of a broad base of clientele, is the single point of contact, and handles all customer relations.  Mr. Block has been with the firm for over 8 years, and has rapidly increased the New York client base, while sharing the beliefs and traditions that make him stand ahead of all the rest. As a graduate from the University of Maryland with BS in Marketing, and as a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) Bradley brings an level of knowledge and professionalism to the organization that has become a true value add for our client base.
