Discrimination of Non-Citizens

Here at Industrial, we are very diligent while insuring that we never discriminate against protected class.  We know that it is important to always be a fair and Equal Opportunity Employer.  Where we always push to excel is being at the forefront of thinking, and the legal rulings that come out. 

With this in mind, we would like to mention that it has been ruled illegal for employers to discriminate based on citizenship.
